We live on the West side of Arunachala, so when dawn rises over the holy hill, we have a wonderful view. I have taken a few pictures of this over the last few months that I want to share with you. I had posted these on Facebook. Sometimes I added a few words or comments when I posted. I have included these.

Arunachala dawns with glowing light ‘round the Holy Hill.
The Light of Being illuminating the day, the mind, its own Being.
The Light flows with me through me in me. It is not different from me.
Arunachala dawns with glowing light ‘round the Holy Hill
The Self-effulgent Arunachala is that Light.
Om Arunachaleswaraya Namah.

One inquiry that I find very good is to investigate, ‘Who inquires?” Is it the body? Is it the senses? Is it the mind? Is it the intellect?
Is it the ego? Who inquires?
Who knows the inquiry? Is it the ego which comes and goes? How can the knower be something temporary? Only the Self can know the Self.

Very tired this morning after walking the road around Arunachala last night. Road walking uses different muscles, I think, from path walking. the Inner Path is so much more peaceful. And here is a photo of Arunachala at dawn this morning.

Most mornings I get to see sunrise over Arunachala. We are on the West side of the mountain, so see the sun rise over it. Each day seems different. Here is a view of this morning’s rising sun.
